Estimates and Assignments can be made on a single form.   This process integrates with the time and progress reporting.  In the example shown above, both D Drake and H Bell may begin reporting time, expenses, and progress notes for the request.  Actual progress is also shown on this same form for a comparison of plan versus actual.

If a larger project/request has a work breakdown structure, the estimates and assignments can be made for each task as needed.  The project/request can then be summarized using the earliest start date, the latest completion date, and the total time/expenses for all work breakdown structure phases and tasks.
