One to many assignments can be made to a request or task on this single form.  The list of displayed personnel can also be customized using a filter.  In the example above, only those individuals reporting to Manager "L Kline" are displayed.

Individuals may report notes, time, and expenses once the assignments have been made.  If a larger project/request has a work breakdown structure, the assignments can be made for each task as needed.
