Workplace Manager iForms provides customization to fit the way you do business.  The product dictionary provides a way to modify labels to your terminology.  Furthermore, customers can define which data elements appear on each form and in what sequence.  In the example shown above WPM has requested that required data elements be underlined to assist the user completing the form.
