Tour: Time Reporting
| Any number of people can be assigned to do work on a request or its
tasks. Individual time screens are created for staff that display the upcoming
work items that are assigned to them. Time, expenses, notes, and other
information are entered to update work progress indicators.
Time can also be reported against activities in Microsoft Project.
