Tour:  Service Request Query

Workplace Manager is centered around the Service/Project Request (or work order, problem report, etc.).  The user can query the database using filters as needed.  In the above view, a list of Backlogged Requests are shown.  Additional columns of information can be shown if desired.  Furthermore, the columns displayed can be modified by individual product user as required. 

Any request listed in the query may then be selected for more information.  In this tour you may select Request #6 above or continue the tour below.
